General Parking:
Parking is very limited, and it's important to keep the
shared driveway accessible to all Rosemont neighbors. Parking is available
in the following places:
- In front of where the new garage will be.
- Across the street from where the new garage will be
(parallel parking only).
- Across the street from Melissa and Todor's house (only
one vehicle; don't park in the spot marked by red cones). (Thanks
M&T!)
- Across the street from Al Buckingham's house, just
north of the site. (Thanks Al!)
- Across from Tom DeLeo's house -- see
below for details. (Thanks Tom!)
- On West Lake Sammamish Parkway (at the top of the
hill).
Tom DeLeo Parking:

Tom DeLeo has kindly allowed the parking space across from his house (about 3 houses south of my building site) to be used to help with construction parking. Here are the conditions:
- Only one vehicle may park there.
- The vehicle must park north-to-south, parallel to the road (as indicated by the yellow rectangle in the picture above). There should be enough space to the east of the boat trailer. Don't park east-to-west, like the car in the picture above.
- Don't park any vehicles that drip oil or other
fluids.
