Most of the models below are based on talking with Vicki from Bradlee Distributors.

Refrigerator

The following picture shows three options being considered:

1. A single side-by-side refrigerator/freezer.  Pros: simplicity; no bending down.  Cons: one door opens in the wrong direction.
2. A narrower refridgerator/freezer, plus a two-drawer freezer beside it. Pros: most heavily-used freezer just below the microwave :-), a bit more freezer space.  Cons: two units, more cost, uses up space beneath counter (but maybe saves width overall?).
3. Like #2, but refrigerator is even narrower, and there's a separate fridge in the island, probably for drinks etc.  Pros: fridge near living room, more compact (than #2) in pantry area.  Cons: space fragmented among three units, more noise, more cost.

Requirements: fridge space > 15 CF, freezer space > 9 CF, ice maker.

Cook Top

• Dacor SGM364S (stainless, 36" wide, 4 burners, gas), or
• Dacor SGM364B (black, 36" wide, 4 burners, gas).

Hood

• Best K210A36BL (under cabinet, sloped front, 500 CFM), or
• Best P19570CMBL (fits entirely under cabinet, but less ventilation), or
• Best 326 (pull-out).

Oven

• Dacor ECPS130B ("towel bar" handle, 30" wide, convection), or
• Dacor CPT130B (glass control panel, 30" wide, convection).

Microwave

TBD.  (Vicki suggested Best DM024B.  Or: General Electric JE1660 in black -- seen at Arnold's Appliances.)

Dishwasher

TBD.  (E.g. KitchenAid KUDS25SH -- seen at Arnold's Appliances).  Need to check reliability & noise level.

Washer/Dryer

Frigidaire FWT449GFS (W) and FSE748GFS (D) -- seen at Arnold's Appliances.  Need to check reliability etc.
